Everywhere or a tram out the front if you need it. Staff are amazing - we arrived before 11.00am and we were checked in super early. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed at our fingertips. The air conditioner was awesome - it was a 38 degree day and we were comfortably cool in our room. "We had 2 very comfortable rooms( a quad and a double) which had all necessary amenities. The AC was not strong enough but we were given a fan, which helped.
Breakfast was of very good quality but missed some fresh salad and sweets (apart from croissants). Not sure it's worth the Eur 19.50 it costs!
Location can't be beaten as it's only a couple of metres away from train and metro station, yet very quiet. Proximity of shopping mall and restaurants is also very convenient.
Although there were a few homeless sleeping on the street, they never bothered us and we felt very safe, even at night."

"The location is very convenient to touring old Lyon. Clara and Mae at the reception desk were superb - i was not feeling well and Mae helped me find a market that sold soup and then heated it up for me in the kitchen. Loved my 2 nights there!"
