"I didn't t' like the fact that the refused to grant me their reward points because. I booked though Expedia! They also didn't accomodate me by keeping my luggages after check out even if my departure was just on the evening! I have to carry all of them with me all day until my time of departure from 3 Rivières! The lady at the front desk at my time of checkout was very rude and unkind! I choose this comfort Inn Hotel because I liked my stay at Ottawa Comfort Inn but there is Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn! I regretted my decision to say there! And I'll avoid this lace in the future!"

"We were there for a few hours of sleep. My kids said there was sand in their bed. 1 lamp was not working. One light bulb on another fixture was burned. Fridge was making a loud noise. Bathroom had rust and didn’t look great. We had breakfast, it was good. A bit tight in terms of space between tables. Lise was great when we checked in just before midnight and she was still there taking care of breakfast at 7:45. If you’re just looking for a place to close your eyes for a few hours, price was great for that but I wouldn’t stay there for more than that"

"L'hôtel et la chambre étaient bien, mais nous avons été déçus par le service à la clientèle. Après avoir réservé la chambre en ligne, j'ai appelé le lendemain pour confirmer ma réservation et réserver deux massages et le restaurant. Lors de la confirmation de la chambre, j'ai demandé si l'accès aux bains et au SPA était bien inclus avec la chambre et on m'a confirmé que oui. Le jour de notre visite nous avons eu nos massages et juste après, au moment d'aller au SPA, on nous a informés que ce n'était pas inclus mais qu'on pouvait y accéder moyennant 25 $ par personne. Nous avons refusé vu qu'on nous avait confirmé que c'était inclus. Nous sommes allés à la réception de l'hôtel pour expliquer la situation et on nous a alors dit que c'était une erreur du personnel et que ce n'était pas inclus. Après avoir insisté sur le fait que nous avions pris la peine d'appeler auparavant pour s'assurer que tout était inclus, on nous a finalement proposé un accès gratuit mais seulement pour le lendemain matin car soit disant le SPA était à sa pleine capacité alors que 15 min auparavant on nous proprosait d'y entrer en payant. Expérience très désagréable pour notre anniversaire de mariage!"
