"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. "We loved our stay at Pinzgauer Hof. Our family stayed at the Landal down the road and though more modern they were complaining about the noise from the traffic coming through while everything was so peaceful and quiet for us. The Hof is conveniently placed at the foot of the mountain next to the gondola. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

"The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "
