"In order to stop parents from lying about childrenโs ages so they can have access to the one and only adult pool (3 family pools / 1 adult) anyone 21 and under has a bracelet Green for being 18-21 and red for under 18. Staff were constantly approaching children and parents in the adult pool to ask their age. But also , parents were purposely lying so they could have their kids in the adult pool Passports are required at check inโฆ. Thatโs when 12-21 year olds receive a bracelet. Problem solved โฆ."

"Staff were amazing and very helpful through the stay. Private beach was just amazing with a bar only a few steps away and water sports. There were plenty of seats so I didnโt need to get up early to reserve a spot. Overall this hotel is a must !"

"Breakfast was amazing with everything you needed including cava! The house keeping kept the room beyond clean throughout the stay and also called in later to check everything was ok, they absolutely smashed it keeping the room in tip top condition. The hotel was definitely 5 star, the whole resort is massive with plenty to do which includes fine dining, pool fun and a casino. Thereโs an army of staff behind the scenes making a perfect holiday, highly recommend accommodation and will definitely rebook."
