The pool area is well maintained although the pool itself will soon be renovated. Our breakfasts each morning set us up for a great day. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops."

"The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we did get kind of stranded and one of the staff ghosted when we asked him to send a taxi. The location was very convenient, but be prepared for lively surrounding noise and music. You are right in the action. The upstairs AC did not work so it was very humid and smelly up there unless you opened the windows. The pool area is not well kept and looked unclean. There is no "airport shuttle". They will call you a taxi, which is $40. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They will say one of the adjacent restaurants will give you a 10% discount, but we did not receive a discount even though we asked and they said they do give a discount. Overall, a no-frills stay, location is the selling point, and the country is a must-visit-friendly people, laid back island vibes."
