"Wha a gem and a wonderful surprise. This hotel is part of a castle that is part of a small medieval town. Loved it and would go back. Though small in terms of rooms, the property has a simple but wonderful bistro on site."

"Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited. I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. The hotel façade is very nice and newer. "

"Not at all what we expected. The property is a very old, poorly maintained large house. The arrangement is not very sensible as the rooms opened right into the breakfast room which was also the owners living room or office. It was an extremely casual BnB shall we say. But not very comfortable or cozy. We left as easily as possible. The food was really good, however. But the dinner service was clearly straining the staff. "
