"Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. "A lovely hotel with easy access to the waterfront. The room and the included breakfast were more than sufficient for the price, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were bus stops in the immediate vicinity for easy travel to neighbouring towns. We had no issues whatsoever with our stay, and would come back in future if we ever return to the area."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right outside the door so very convenient. For the price of our stay and different amenities this hotel hit the mark!"

"Nice hotel in a good location. About 30 minute walk into Bardolino. We traveled with a newborn baby and the hotel was well equipped and baby very welcomed by all of the staff. Pool is lovely and no shortage of beds any time of day when we stayed. We stayed b&b, lots of selection at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant once which was fine but preferred to eat out in the many restaurants nearby. We stayed in a comfort top room with a view of the lake which was lovely. Indoor pool was a huge bonus on very hot days when needing a break from the heat outside."

"Just arrived home from the most amazing trip away to Hotel Meandro. Everything from the arrival, to staff, the room and food was perfect and of course the wonderful view from the room and the Sky Terrace was breathtaking. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We arrived late in the evening after some delays and they made sure we had easy instructions for a self check in. Breakfast was a real highlight of the trip - lovely food and the most attentive and friendly staff who our baby looked forward to seeing every morning. The hotel is in a perfect location to visit nearby villages and there is a lovely little beach about 200m downhill which offers swimming, water sports and a couple of beach bars/restaurants. Hands down the best trip we have ever been on. It’s worth booking a car parking space if you have hired a car as parking can be slightly tight around the hotel itself. Tignale is a lovely spot to visit with beautiful panoramic views over the lake and mountains and a handful of cute restaurants and ice cream parlours which are really reasonably priced. We were so grateful for the complimentary bottled water on arrival and departure as nipping to a shop with an 8 month old wasn’t always the easiest thing in the heat. The indoor swimming pool was such a great additional facility with a little garden by the side for lounging around. The only reason for the 4 stars on facilities was due to our aircon being a little ropey - it worked okay but think it was due a service."
