"Did not use the pool but area looked nice; clean room; staff was very nice and personable; everything was great! My husband and I always stay at this hotel when vacationing there. We really enjoy the balcony where we love to sit and watch the ducks, geese and their families, the evening crane, and the groundhogs! Also, we enjoy listening to the river and the scene surrounding it. I’m sure the fireplace is wonderful to watch but it’s always been warm when there! Oh, and the rate was great! "

"Nice property but lots of fees. One of the few places in Pigeon Forge that charges for parking. Resort fees are high and taxed. Don’t book through Expedia - staff said perks are better by booking direct. Room advertised as Mountain View but was obstructed, only missing the tent flaps on the kids room. Lots of stuff to do for kids, especially on a rainy day. The grandchildren enjoyed the pools, games, and smores. Food was good. Trolley stops out the front door."
