"Room was comfortable and clean. Spent time in the front indoor and outdoor pools which we enjoyed. The breakfast café was serving yummy biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage among other foods.and the lady who was assigned to clean our room was so very sweet."

The beautiful decorations, festive music, and charming ambiance make this hotel feel like stepping into a Christmas wonderland. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding, with attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and variety, making each morning a pleasure. The hotel’s amenities are equally impressive. The outdoor pool, complete with a waterfall and charming bridges, is beautiful, while the indoor pool is perfectly heated and comfortable. The presence of Santa Claus is a particularly delightful touch for families traveling with children, adding even more magic to the experience. Every detail contributes to an unforgettable stay. This is much more than just a hotel; it is an experience in itself. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates a festive atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. I would gladly return!"

"We love Twin Mountain! We stay at this hotel whenever we come to Pigeon Forge and they have availability. The whole property is clean and peaceful and the staff are so nice and helpful. We love the balcony and the fireplace in the rooms."

"It was a great place to stay I only have one request from management. My wife has MS, I think Every bathroom tubs should have at least one hand rail in it to help get into the tub. Change that and Hotel would be perfect to me. Thanks"

"I am very nit picky when it comes to the property. This hotel was very well taken care of. There was someone going around touching up paint before we checked in. It was very clean, smelled clean, and nothing was out of place in the common areas. The pools were well maintained, parking was easy and free, and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted better was the curtains didn’t do much to keep the bright “island” lights out of the room. But other than that, it was fantastic. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts I have had and had a big variety."

"The stay wasn't bad. We left early due to stink bugs being EVERYWHERE. The only solution they had was to vacuum the live bugs coming into the room. As soon as they left, more bugs came in. I had to leave. Other than the bugs and no breakfast the 1 night stay was decent."

"Excellent stay, excellent property and excellent staff! The only issue during the stay was the shower mixing valve was only providing cold water. This was resolved in a timely and professional manner by the maintenance team. Very impressed with the property and the staff and will definitely be back!"
