Rooms need to finished! Lots of renovations left to do. Also noticed that the first and second floor is better than 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 8pm at night. Holiday Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Convention Center by IHG
The pool was full of kids , screaming and splashing like crazy. My kids didn’t want to be knocked out so we chose not to go in the pool. The breakfast was not free. We had to pay for adults only.
