Great check in help, clean, good breakfast and center location. Love the pool and hot tub are 24/7. However, did encounter one rude employee when trying to let them know towels were out at the pool after 10pm with the pool still filled with guests.

Heat was unable to be controlled at night. Was very cold and I had a small baby with me. Kept putting the heat up and stayed at 70 or below

All the above. We met family members to do Christmas for my grandkids. My DIL lost her wallet down elevator shaft. The sweetest man from maintenance Saturday night went and got it and brought it to our room. My DIL was in a panic and the gentleman was so sweet. I hope management looks to get his ...
