I like this hotel because it’s in walking distance to everything is clean ,quiet, the parking is good. This is my third stay there and I had my dog with me this time and I was very impressed with what they charged me for a night stay.

I would have given an EXCELLENT on all but an elevator was Dow. For 2 out of the 4 days we were there. The hotel was quite busy so it made for a long wait for the elevator. Also, our tv went in and out of picture, so while to trying to wind down at night with a little TV watching, it became very irritating. It would freeze ever few seconds.

The place is very well kept, though it is still relatively new. It has some really nice amenities, including the workout room, pool and sky deck, but without a doubt, the biggest selling point is its location. It’s immediately across the street from The Island, yet also on Teaster, which allows you to travel to either end or rh strip without getting into the heavy traffic.

We loved everything about the place. Felt safe, loved the breakfast that was provided, rooftop was awesome & beautiful to look out at night to see Pigeon Forge. Great place to bring your family. One thing that the bathrooms need in the rooms is a vent to draw out the dampness after showers.

Tru by Hilton has been my go to hotel anytime I am out of town. It is one of Hiltons newer hotel options so the facilities are pretty new. The staff were great, the rooms were clean. Housekeeping was quick to respond. The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, the waffles are our fav. This location in pigeon forge was in great proximity to everything to do in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville, TN. It is less than a 5min drive to dollywood. Will absolutely stay here again.

I called ahead to ask if my room had a bathtub, and was told every room had one. When I got there I realized there was no tub only a shower, so I asked if any other rooms were available and was told there wasn’t any. Then later on when I went to the lobby to get some coffee I overheard one of the managers and staff very loudly talking crap about their guests who ask to pay with cash, saying “to me that’s like being an animal, why can’t they be normal and pay with card”. Very trashy management, but decent rooms.

Excelente Este hotel esta en excelente ubicacion, cerca de todo pero lo suficiente lejos del bullicio, puedes ir caminando (cruzando la calle) al The Island. El hotel es muy limpio enfocado a las familias, estaba repleto de todo tipo de familias, con niños pequeños y muchas mascotas. El hotel es pet friendly por lo que vas a ver muchos perros y muchos ladridos en todos lados. Los cuartos son un poco mas pequeños de lo normal pero tienen todo lo suficiente, se sentía seguro y limpio. No hay servicio al cuarto a diario pero entran y verifican que todo este bien, cambian las toallas y rellenan jabon o cualquier otra cosa que se este acabando. El area del lobby es bastante grande, colorida y con diferentes juegos de mesa, terrazas y areas comunes. El desayuno es bastante completo y tenia bastante variedad. MUY RECOMENDADO
