They dealt with our complaints very professionally. We booked the biggest the room in the hotel. Was meant to be 55 square metres. Would be lucky if it was 35. the room hadn’t been cleaned. "Fantastic retreat/stay, room and amenities were great. Rotating menu for dinner was a nice touch for guests staying more than 1-2 nights. add on trips were fun, but could have stayed in the room the whole time as well."

Morning coffee and evening drink on the patio outside our room overlooking the garden was a real treat. Would recommend this place and definitely come back ourselves! "
