"There were a couple of things I would have preferred ie down comforter instead of multiple blankets, a microwave, and a better breakfast selection. However everything else was great? The room was clean. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The jacuzzi tub, oh so relaxing! The property was clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly. The heating and A/C worked fine. The tv actually worked properly. Plenty of parking. There is really nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay again! See you soon:-)"

"The spa was wonderful! My friend and I had facials massages and foot massages and they were perfect! The people working at the Norwich Inn are so friendly and helpful. The best part is that you can hang out in your robe and enjoy the spa facilities all day! We absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave … we already booked a return trip for June!"

"The hotel was very clean, I stayed for about 3 nights and the front desk was very helpful. Early check in was an additional charge though which through me off bc it was an additional $40. Check in was at 3pm and I did early check in at 12pm instead. The room did smell a little like cigar but I popped the window open and the smell was eventually gone! The hotel cannot control people’s bad habits so I cannot complain about the smell. The sheets were definitely clean. I used UV light for it and no stains on the sheets or pillow cases. No bed bugs or anything biting. The room was clean overall and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
