"The room was clean although it seemed bigger in picture. The staff were helpful to an extent. I had ordered room service to bring towels up and nothing was brought, I then went to go to reception to request it again. For the standard and price of the hotel , a smart TV should be available. Having access to only Dutch channels wasn’t helpful at all. Previous Leonardo hotels I’ve stayed in, smart TV’s have always been available in the rooms. So to be told that there aren’t any at all in the hotel was very strange to me. The checkout procedure was also rather long, maybe more staffing required"

"I like this place, overall the staff were so nice. Unfortunately my husband and I never felt safe we blocked the door with our luggages on the very first day, due to maybe poor communication with the front staff and housekeeping but one guy opened the door on our very first day, he knocked once and opened it. The guy doesn’t seem housekeeping as he was wearing casual clothes eventhough there’s already a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR. I dont know how Hotels work in Amsterdam but I woke up again while we were sleeping cause housekeeping opened the door, bringing us towels. (Luggages already blocking the door every night) I notify the front desk person about it that same day, which he apologized. Though the place was really nice, the experience was a bit disappointing. "

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, while the hotel is clean, well kept, and modern. The location is also really convenient, as the city center was only 3-5 stops away, yet you’re able to breathe a little without being a super crowded space. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely and the room we had was spacious enough. The shower did have mould in one corner which i did expect, but could have been removed. Wifi worked perfectly too! The staff were so lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fine, would have been nice to have more vegetarian hot food options - meat free sausages, hash browns etc, however what they did have was plentiful. There was even an area for gluten free options. Some of the customers were rude, and i have to applaud the staff for keeping their cool and remaining professional! Thank you, had a lovely time!"
