We booked the chalet that had plunge pool. The water was just the right temperature every day. Yes, it’s heated. We had dinner in her room one night, and the staff had built a fire in the fireplace before our arrival from the game drive. The food is five star. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay here. We liked it so much, we are planning a trip to return in June 2024. "
