We had a lovely holiday. A beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. My daughter has celiac and there were plenty of gluten free options for her. The staff were all very accommodating and the service was very good. It would have been more comfortable in the room if there was a ceiling fan and a fridge to keep drinks cool, but overall the room was good and the bathroom was very nice and modern.

The patio area is beautiful but good luck using the pool tho it’s alway full with locals…you can’t always eat in the restaurant because they prioritize locals. You Can’t relax the locals are loud and obnoxious. No hot water to shower you have to go tell staff so they can activate the hot water …

No aircondition - cold coffee for breakfast and lots of noise from partyes - had booked 2 nights but had to find another hotel since the rooms are so hot that it is imposiple to sleep there

The food, the people and service were Excelent. The design of the hotel was such that you could hear a normal conversation in an adjoining room. The beds were old, the coverings well past their prime. Now when I looked at the ceiling fan and saw the caked on dust, I was happy the bags were packed.

An oasis.

Spectacular location. Well-maintained place with a decent pool. Service friendly and efficient. Two points to watch out for : the place is on the side of a mountain and consists of buildings at different levels, with a lot of steps/ramps. Not a problem for us, but it could be for others. Second, the restaurant is good and fair priced, but quite short. If you are there more than a couple of days, you will run out of options.

A lovely property and location. I would not stay here again in the off/shoulder season. I think we may have been the only guests at somepoints. We went for breakfast on our second morning - we waited 30 mins and although staff were around, no-one came to serve any breakfast. The room itself was dusty - the vintage furniture has lots of nooks and crannies that would make dusting tricky. It may well be better in the summer/busier time periods.

Perfect for big private parties

The stay was very influenced by the fact that they organized private parties three days in a row. Loud music. It was not possible to sleep before 1 am. Too late for our kids. It also gave us limited access to the restaurant area. After the check-in they told us about the first party. There is no fan in the room. Dinner was good and swimming pool was nice (but crowed the last day because of a party).

During my visit, I found the experience to be highly satisfactory. After inadvertently passing our intended bus stop, we attempted to secure an Uber; however, none were available in the area. While seeking alternative transportation to the hotel, a local gentleman graciously offered us a ride and declined any compensation for his assistance. His concern for our situation, recognizing we were tourists, was notable. Additionally, several women at the bus stop guided us on navigating the bus system and provided helpful advice regarding the app. The hotel itself was clean and exuded a welcoming, family-oriented environment. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Although it was too cold to use the pool, its appearance—particularly when illuminated at night—was very appealing. The staff's English proficiency was limited, but they demonstrated exceptional willingness to communicate and assist until all our needs were met. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, despite the hotel's distance from central locations. Its proximity—just 12 miles from Castel del Monte—and convenient train access to Sorrento ensured reliable and affordable transportation options. A nearby store provided convenient access to essential items such as water, fresh coffee, espresso, and beer, etc. The attendant was kind and communicated effectively in English. Overall, my experience in this town was highly satisfactory.

El hotel es muy lindo , la ubicación es muy complicada de llegar . Por las mañanas el baño tenía mucho olor a cañerías . Lo mejor de todo fue el servicio de una camarera llamada Giada. Su atención y buena onda se llevaron todos los premios !

Mitigé.

Alors ? Que dire ? L'établissement est correct, le restaurant est excellent, ne pas suivre son GPS pour y arriver. Par contre, le personnel de cuisine est très peu discret, ça parle fort jusqu'à minuit trente. De plus deux soirs de suite les tuyaux faisaient un bruit infernal, est ce que quelqu'un tapait dessus ?? En tout cas ça nous a réveillé. Notre chambre avait une petite terrasse, problème il faut être jeune et souple, l'accès se faisait en escaladant la fenêtre. Le confort est correct mais sommaire. C'est dommage parce que c'est un cadre superbe, peut être que ces problèmes étaient dûs à l'emplacement de notre chambre. Quoiqu'il en soit cet établissement est idéal pour la proximité des sites de pompeï et de la côte Amalfitaine.

Gute Lage zur Erkundung der Gegend rund um Neapel / Amalifküste. Zimmer etwas klein und eng. Lage aber super ruhig und ländlich. Eigener Balkon für Abendstunden sehr gut. Restaurant mit toller Terrasse und sehr gutem Essen.

Superbe lieu pour son calme, le charme de l'établissement , sa piscine et le personnel au petit soin! petit bémol dans notre chambre avec un accès terrasse par une fenêtre, faut être souple ou ne pas y aller! salle d'eau avec étanchéité douche a revoir sinon un petit coin de paradis! Le gros point noir, la restauration du soir sur place hors de prix et médiocre en qualité, le verre de vin a 7€ ??? premier plat a 16€ pour des anneaux de calmars frit ???et peu... C'est dommage avec un rapport qualité prix ramené a la raison au niveau restauration et cet établissement serait parfait, nous avons préféré diner a l'extérieur ensuite...

Struttura bella se fosse conservata meglio. Camere da insonorizzare e da rimodernare,a partire dal quadretto con le tariffe del 2009 secondo me lì è rimasto il tutto. Poca attenzione alla pulizia anche giornaliera. Sicuramente gentili e accomodanti , ci hanno cambiato camera per i vicini sgradevoli . Di questo ringrazio molto.

Nel complesso struttura con molto verde, una bella piscina, ben isolata dalla zona circostante. Ricca colazione ben servita da una ragazza gentile ed estremamente efficiente. Tuttavia esistono diversi aspetti da migliorare: non c'è copertura wifi, la stanza era estremamente rumorosa, probabilmente a causa di pareti molto sottili, non aveva frigobar, climatizzazione o pale al soffitto, anche se la stanza era piuttosto fresca e quindi questo risulta un difetto relativo. Con qualche miglioria potrebbe diventare una struttura eccellente.

Near a course in customer service

Welcome by staff was no existent, no one smiled? Room had a turd in the toilet! Shower door did not shut. Pool area is open to locals and get really busy at the weekend, we were asked to pay for sunbeds. If you want a drink you often had to go into the kitchen to get staff attention. The communal areas were often not cleaned for a couple of days although the pool was cleaned daily. The owners kids were often up until late, screaming, running round, jumping on and off the furniture. At the weekend there was a party which played really loud music near the guest accommodation until really late. Shame could be a really nice place if they focus.
