"We absolutely loved our stay at The Sands at Grace Bay! The property was beautiful and very well maintained, our room was excellent with an amazing view, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was outstanding. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again! I like to send a special shout out and Kudos to the staff members Tolly at the activity towel center for looking out for use on booking excursion with parasailing escorting us to and from the boat Duce at the Hemenway restaurant his kindness smile and conversation was awesome Clara for her bubbly morning greeting at breakfast starts your day off Erin or Erica and Ms Lovely thank you all for your welcoming service at the Hemenway restaurant and the food and presentation was awesome"

"We absolutely loved staying at Windsong Resort! The staff were incredible, the grounds were beautiful, and the turquoise water in Turks and Caicos was absolutely breathtaking. Before arriving, I was a little worried about the location being farther away and the beach being narrow. We ended up renting a car, and honestly it wasn’t bad at all… although I wasn’t the one driving on the left side 😝 And the beach? Yes, it’s a bit narrower than some others, but it was still gorgeous, peaceful, and never felt crowded. We truly had such a relaxing and wonderful stay! It’s a smaller resort than some of the others which I prefer! One thing I would definitely do differently next time is book directly through the hotel instead of using Expedia. I wanted to upgrade from a bungalow to an oceanfront room, but Expedia made the process unnecessarily complicated. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication with the hotel, and I kept being told there would be extra fees involved. After several frustrating calls and emails, I finally contacted Windsong directly and was able to upgrade quickly and easily with no additional hassle. On top of that, booking directly through Windsong ended up being much more affordable than booking through Expedia (they had a summer special)!"

"Beautiful resort, enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made my stay pleasant. The beach was amazing, beach chairs were clean and set up everyday perfectly with umbrellas. Improvement can be made on the gym. The fitness center was disappointing. They do give you access to there sister resort to use the gym which is a much better facility. Would be nice to have a fitness center here at the Alexandra as good as its sister resort. All in all I would stay here again."
