"The Continental and American breakfast was included in the hotel vacation stay and it was a a missing, they didn't have it because the hotel only had coffee and orange juice for breakfast. So, as a Marriott shareholders I gotta buy extra creamers and the American breakfast every day for 20 nights at the Denny's next door. Denny's breakfast: eggs with bacon, sausage waffle, muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice for $15 dollars."

"Everything was great"

"Suite: impeccable Barman and valet: Excellent Pool: perfect Location and beach: very quiet and much nicer to swim in than Elsewhere in Florida But…….. - no water pressure in most rooms (ridiculously low) - they rarely open the umbrellas at the beach, while every other resorts do - they resevere a section on the beach for owners, despite the fact there is ZERO difference or advantages for them compared to other areas. So they crowd one area only. Unfortunately, there needs to ba a major training program for this hotel to live up to the hype. It claims having the biggest spa in the USA, and spa client What to be pampered in a 5-star setting with a 5-star service. Service is barely a 3-star. Hope they fix the issue because it has great potential."

"Upon check in, I was charged for a room for 3 days that had already been paid for through a third party company. I tried to explain this to Cassie, the manager, but she was super rude and dismissive. She stated they did not charge my card which I could clearly see on my banking app as a pending charge. I told her I would wait to see once it was out of pended status. Today it posted as a charge and when I called back, she again spoke over me would not listen. She did finally agree that they did over charge me and would refund it and immediately hung up. This was pretty much how all of the staff were onsite, very unfriendly."

"Horrible experience in this property, i booked an ocean front room for my stay and i received a room on a first floor overlooking the gazebo roof and a little bit of an ocean in a distance Throughout my stay they were doing a construction work in multiple locations in a resort and paving a parking lot which made parking horrible, One of the main pools is closed(supposedly for few months now) so the other pool was packed with people, also they don’t provide room service, which i never heard before. Horrible experience for me, nothing was disclosed about all those issues. Not worth it"
