Ms. Brenda Ms. Deidra in house keeping, and Ms. Aretha Wallace’s room service/ highlight sports bar. Not to mention management for guests services that I spoke with morning of Jan. 2nd so sorry I don’t remember your name but I’ll never forget you within 30 mins your grace took over you made sure I didn’t want nor need for anything.
