"Staff was super helpful no matter what time of day. Our room key kept glitching out on the second night and the gentleman that helped us was attentive both times we had to get the keys reprogrammed. Breakfast was incredible, they had standard quick options as well as different hot items each morning. From waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy to fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, and cereal. Staff was constantly seen cleaning, checking in with guests, and always looked to have a smile on their faces. It was a very welcoming environment and we will definitely be back the next time we are visiting North Branch!"

"There weren't any people around at check in - it is all by phone and email and codes. Very easy. Our room had an odor and we called the number given. They explained why it may have a smell but it would go away quickly and it did. Everything was clean. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Great price!"

"Room was clean , The hotel was a bit outdated but was significantly less than staying at the casino hotel . For the cost I would stay there again . There was access to the outside pool at the RV park which was clean and enjoyable on a hot day . Staff was able to get us in early at the hotel .Air conditioning was good. Parking was good shuttle did not run on Monday but it is only a minute or two to drive across the parking lot to the casino entrance ."
