"Check in and check out we’re both super fast. Every employee we talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. Everywhere we went was extremely clean and comfortable including the lobby. The room
Had anything and everything we could have possibly needed to make our way night stay perfect! We will definitely be back."
"The outside of the inn was decorated nicely and looked VERY inviting. The parking lot was very big with LOTS of space. Once inside you start off in the entry room and looked VERY cozy and clean. The bar room and restaurant was closed when we were there but again, it looked clean and cozy. (We stayed in on their rooms for 2 nights)...
Before we got to our room, we saw the "Open to all" kitchenette which had a full size fridge, with drinks muffins and bread for patrons staying there and room to store your own stuff too. They had a toaster, a microwave and a commercial Kureg machine for supplied coffee and hot water for tea. Supplied disposal cups and lids for "On the go" hot drinks and coffee mugs, plates and carriers to bring back to your room.....Speaking of rooms....they are VERY spacious, clean comfortable. If your staying in the area, The Creekside Inn is the place for you....a MUST......You WON'T be disappointed!!"
"We've always enjoyed staying at the Brae Loch, The hotel is charming and quaint; the lobby is cozy and welcoming. The staff is very cordial and helpful. There was a slight glitch in our room reservation (not the hotel's fault) which the staff corrected so that we were not charged for an unused room. The full breakfast (including fresh-baked pastries, quiche, fresh fruit, and yogurt) was delicious and a welcome change from packaged pastries and chain-motel waffles. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant (had family obligations elsewhere), but apparently many people do, as judged by the challenge of finding a parking place on Friday or Saturday evenings during the dinner hour. A caveat: there is no elevator that we could see and the room we stayed in had no microwave or refrigerator in it. But I would recommend the Brae Loch without hesitation."
