Hotel is beautifully designed. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was good and well priced. Pool area was good (sun only comes around in the afternoon and towels were scarce) and fitness centre was well equipped and modern.
Location was really good (10 mins walk from the mall and old town). Little bit of noise in the room but nothing too bad.

The rooms are aged and the elevator went out while we were there so had to carry suitcases back down four flights of stairs. The door scanner(1438) was evidently dirty- you had to put the card in numerous times, often many times, to get the door to open. Other members of our party also had multiple problems. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rates are far too high for the property.

Majestic Mountain is a nice motel which has a great location. The intake was not overly friendly but the room was relatively clean. It is a little ironic that the rooms are non-smoking but there is an ashtray and chair directly in front of the rooms.
