"Stayed at this property during a recent visit to Charleston. Although we did have a few glitches with our room, the staff was attentive to our concerns and quickly made things right. The location is convenient while not quite downtown in the historic district. I give this hotel high marks for their customer service and overall hospitality - desk staff and management. "

"The manager on property was very pleasant and this is an older property that could use some updating. The location is about a 15 to 20 minute commute to MUSC. The area is relatively quite and close to most stores. The room looked clean, but it had a smell and the bottom of my feet were black after walking on the floor without shoes. You must supply everything from cookware, dishes, eating utensils, to cleaning supplies. "

"I booked a “non smoking room” and was given a room that smelled like an ashtray. AND the blanket and bedspread both had cigarette burn holes in them. I have stayed at a number of motel 6’s but this one was by far the worst. I emailed the hotel but my email was never responded to. "
