"The air conditioner was a little tricky to figure out, but other than that we genuinely had no issues. We felt very safe in our hotel and it was very clean! We especially enjoyed the water pressure and the comfortability of the bed! I really wish that I would have been able to try the spa, but due to construction and us having to leave Turin early, we weren’t able to. I also appreciated that the front desk helped us book a ride to the train station for when we were heading back to Rome. "

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"It was a nice place to stay. It is a bedroom with a small kitchen. My only issues were with maintenance. The shower holder was broken, only one of the bulbs in the shaving mirror worked and most surfaces had a greasy feeling because of the kitchen and lack of good cleaning. Stay close to eat and drink, it's nicer and cheaper than heading for the centre."
