"The manor is a beautiful historical building. It was amazing to see the every room as it must have looked in the early 1800's! Although breakfast is not provided at this time, there are three kitchens to choose from if you would like to use one while staying there. My stay was a great experience!"

"Needed a night away from the kids & picked The Grand Essential. We had a king suite with a city view & it was amazing. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. There was free covered parking right next to the hotel & it is situated in downtown Lynchburg directly across from a Performing Arts venue. The staff was helpful & we loved it so much we decided to make it our getaway place. Highly recommend. It’s an older historical hotel that is currently being renovated. My only critique would...
