"Has been my primary place to stay. Due to this hotel meeting my expectations, I do not test or try others as this place has truly been consistent for the last 2 years and I’m here bi weekly. Rooms are always clean, bed always clean and fresh and breakfast does the job without needing to go out for it. Give them a try if you’re reading this."

"Great customer service but the air conditioned in cool. The room felt humid. The bed was not comfortable. Pills were flat. They need to replace pillows for sure.The ice machines didn’t work but one on the third floor pool was closed. Parking lot lighting was not good no security. The snack bar did not have many selections so it was a little inconvenient for us. breakfast needs improvement within an hour. Everything would run out and the lady in charge said that that was it for the day. so would I recommend this place to friends and family members maybe not. It was my first time staying there and was not very impressed."

"We found this property to be familiar due to the location near the walking trail down the street. This location was another named hotel at that time several years past. The new upgrade and takeover of Sleep Inn was wonderful. The room was very clean with amenities of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the other usual hotel amenities. We did not try the breakfast but the selection was plentiful. The staff members were pleasant and friendly. This is a great location near most restaurants and shopping. If we're ever in the Tyler area we would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable as well."
