"This hotel was amazing! The staff are so friendly and attentive. The artwork throughout the hotel is gorgeous and provides such a nice atmosphere. The little touches like free popcorn in the lounge room in the afternoon/evening, the games room, and free laundry powder for the washing machines etc are great extra touches. In a great location near Pier 2 too. If we come back to Kaohsiung, we will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were sad to leave. "

"Room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants in the area and close to metro station. Museum of History is only 300 meters away. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is close to the main bus station and train station. It has everything for our short term stay."

"The hotel wasn't terrible. There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. I just found it strange they would use front of house staff that didnt understand english for crucial roles. The buffet wasnt worth the money at breakfast unfortunately however the 45 floor japanese bbq was great and worth the money for sure. "
