The main issue is that the condition of the property does not match the photos or the expectations created by the advertising. What is shown online is very different from what guests actually find upon arrival.

"Passamos 10 dias lá e não nos arrependemos. O atendimento foi ótimo. Limpeza e conservação bem feitas. A localização é excelente, fazíamos tudo a pé. Bom café da manhã, no esquema self service, com pães, frutas, bolos, suco, pratos quentes, etc.
Curtimos também o cachorrinho que vinha nos receber com a maior alegria e o par de corujas que apareciam na entrada toda noite."
