"When we first drove up we thought it looked really fancy, valets and the entrance of lobby was immaculate but once you get into the rooms a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling and its not just our room, we had to switch to a different room and same cobwebs on this one. The sliders doors need some WD-40 because they are so hard to open and enjoy the balcony(again on both rooms) The hotel seems to want to make themselves look like this lavish hotel in the beginning but once you get to the rooms if feels like you're staying in a whole different hotel. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were nice."

"Originally had booked a double queen bed with microwave and refrigerator, when I get to the room there wasn’t neither a microwave or refrigerator so I they moved me rooms which had a refrigerator but all the lights beside one didn’t work staff took forever to attend us at the front desk"

"My stay here was great. The room was clean, decent towels, quiet, great AC unit. I had no issues with my stay and when the drive thru didn't give me a fork, I was able to get one from the office. I would stay here again."

"Hotel was under renovation. That was not disclosed during the time of booking. The tv in the room stopped working after 2 hours of getting situated, as well as the phone inside the room. The hotel offered to change the room, but only had rooms with queen beds available. We were too exhausted to pack up and drag our luggage to another room, so we just stayed in that room. The hotel stated free full continental breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning and were each handed a brown paper bag with a grab-and-breakfast. It was awful!! Don’t even ask about the gym - it was not accessible due to the renovations. Extremely disappointing experience. I felt mislead and borderline scammed! The staff were friendly and our cars remained safe in the parking lot. I do not recommend staying here unless the hotel actually provides exactly what is stated on their website. You have been warned. "

"Very much a “get what you pay for” place but with friendly owners who do their best to accommodate. I stayed while they were getting brand new AC units and it got so hot in my room. I asked them if they have any type of portable fans & the manager gave me the one out of his office."
