"Excelente! Tudo novo, limpo e moderno, desde a entrada do prédio ao apartamento. Excelente localização e sistema de segurança moderno com identificação facial, o que agiliza a sua entrada no prédio e não te deixa esperando do lado de fora, principalmente durante a noite. "There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. "Due to our very late arrival we were unable to make use of the shuttle from the airport. The room was good and clean. I felt the upper part of the bed had an inclination compared to the foot half so I woke up dizzy. That went away and was corrected when I switched position. The shower was great! Lots of water, nice fresh soap. The shower door didn’t close fully so we had some water pouring out. Breakfast was varied and good. "
