The location of this hotel close to three different ski lifts as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants. Really great location. The hotel is very clean and good facilities. The staff are very friendly and cannot do more for you.

Gut gelegenes gemütliches Urlaubshotel

Zentral in Madonna gelegen, gegenüber es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und außerdem gute Restaurants fußläufig nicht weit entfernt. Es ist ein Ski bzw Fahrradraum vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist großzügig und hygienisch unbedenklich, auf die Corona Vorschriften wird geachtet. Die Zimmer sind teils etwas klein aber gemütlich mit viel Holz.

I stayed here for two nights in December at the start of the ski season and this hotel was wonderful. Walking distance to the ski lifts was a huge plus for us. The rooms were clean and exactly what we hoped for. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Service both good and bad

In general helpful staff, but we were much disappointed that the hotel refused to cancel our second night stay, even while the manager had promised and confirmed over the phone before that this was no problem and that he would shorten our reservation by 1 night. To our big surprise however, the night before our checkout the manager told us he could not and would NOT change our reservation due to a contract he has with the booking company. So he refused to return the 160 euro's of the night we wouldn't stay while we had already booked another hotel 100 km south based on his promise made 2 days before. To their credit they decided to not charge us for dinner, but we left frustrated that they broke their promise to us. Ultimately we ended up paying for their mistake not to check their contract with the booking company.In my world, that's their problem, not ours.

Piacevole hotel di montagna

Breve soggiorno di tre giorni con condizioni meteorologiche non favorevoli (molta pioggia e temperature basse). Siamo comunque riusciti a fare alcune brevi e rilassanti passeggiate tra il verde ed a salire in alta quota con la funivia ammirando un fantastico panorama.

>Dejligt familiedrevet hotel med en fantastisk værtinde-Paula- . Familien driver og ejer også hotellet Arnica. Begge ligger centralt ved hovedtorvet i Madonna. Parkering i stor underjordisk kælder hvor hotellet giver en favorabel rabatpris. Der nem adgang til pisterne via en lille slæbelift ved Belvedere bakken med børneskiskole lige ud til pladsen mod øst. Andre lifter er også indenfor gåafstand Prisen er rimelig beliggenheden taget i betragtning- gæsterne er en blanding af indfødte og skandinaver.
