The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. "This is a truly unique property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the tranquility. We did have a/c in our room, along with a mini fridge and kettle. The service, food and beer were amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was not yet open for use during our stay. However, instead of spending time at the pool as planned, we drove a short distance to the charming town of Assisi. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend getaway at San Biagio and look forward to...

"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "
