"Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. "
"This property has lots of character , the rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant food and bar are both very good , this is our second visit "

"Great hotel and experienced welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and with air conditioning. Good breakfast but expensive at £24. Location good with a car near A3 and M25. Local town of Cobham and Brooklands for supermarkets. Fridge in room but access to microwave would be useful. "
"The guest house was lovely, with nice comfy beds and enough room for three people. It was nice to have the fridge microwave in the room and close parking in the courtyard and very safe with gates across. "
"The hotel was really lovely and very convenient for Mercedes World and the Brooklands museum. I had a trackside bedroom which was brilliant for a Motorsport fan.
It would have been nice to have biscuits in the room with the tea/coffee facilities, but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay . The shower was very powerful and great!
I would definitely stay again! "
"The rooms are modern and clean , the pub serves great food and the grounds and expansive and restful . It’s our favourite hotel in the area with lots of character and charm . "
"The young lady who checked us in on Saturday 28th June was superb. Very professional and friendly and set a lovely tone to the start of our trip. The honesty bar, although we didn't use it, was a lovely touch and the garden was lovely to sit out in."
