The only thing we didnt like was the gaming room, because the pool had a missing ball and registration counter said they cannot help. It was a little durty as well. Other than that… amazing hotel. They have a good breakfast, the temperature was awesome to go to the roof and watch the distant fireworks, the tiara I received (as an adult) at check in, the robes at request, the outdoor games and "at your service" approach during the holidays was perfect.
