"The linen is old and towels are rough, the bathroom faucets are old and need a human effort to move them. No windows to the room. Weak hygiene. Never recommend it. "

"Room received at the time of check in was not cleaned. During 3 days stay room cleaning was done only once ( bed sheet and towel) staff was giving excuses to provide service. "

"There was a mouse in the room which died on the 2nd day. Surfaces were all dirty and dusty. Tea satches, water and kettle were supplied without a cup or spoon! The staff call at midnight to take breakfast orders!"
