and with a good pool area. The breakfast was very good and the rooms okay. On the downside - the cleaning of the rooms could be better and there was far too much noise from the evening entertainment (it was to laud and going on to long past 23:30). Otherwise a general good hotel with nice and service minded staff "

"Beautiful old home converted into a Boutique Hotel. Lovely grounds. We stayed in a room in the back of the property, maybe an old converted garage or shed. It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service. "

"The host was brilliant, welcoming and helpful. We wasn’t expecting to be sharing a bathroom with other guests but it was ok. The area is quite expensive to get to/from via taxi so your best bet is to buy bus tickets from the train station/tobacco shops. There was a selection of grab and go breakfast snacks for us if we needed them. Air con was abit temperamental but worked in the end. All in all not a bad stay for the price and a good budget option if you’re staying in Pisa for a couple days...
