Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"

"Our room had an amazing view of the tower and yet it was so quiet. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Got carton of milk for us for our coffees and rang taxi for us.Nice to have a lift. Complimentary slippers, drinks, toiletries in room.Great cafe next door for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Super friendly staff, room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice for food. We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to Pisa s Rossore train station and that made it easy when travelling on."

"Parking was great. This is the best place to stay whilst visiting pisa expecially if you have rented a car and want to go so many places. Customer service was amazing and were able to retrieve items i left behind after checkout. Thank you again."
