"Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. I loved walking through the property seeing the animals and in the trails through the woods. Only 5km outside of Florence, it's a great location to still do the touristy things in...

"The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

"We had the most beautiful Tuscan Villa experience! The host was so wonderful, he showed us to our apartment and gave us some basic helpful information. You knew you had help from staff if needed but they definitely gave you space to enjoy your own time. We have shared this place with many people in Australia and they can’t wait to visit themselves! "We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great. Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. We parked our rental car for the duration, and used the regional train service (frequent and cheap) to get to Florence. (Ask Carlo about his motorcycle collection.) While C & L don't speak English or French and we don't speak Italian, communication was no problem: beyond Google, they use the new generation of on-the-fly translation devices. Each morning, they laid on a nice spread for breakfast, so our mornings did not start hungry. Warm and personable couple, convenient location."
