"Wonderful place! We arrived several hours before check in, intending to drop off our bags and wander for awhile. When Pedro learned we had traveled more than 24 hours from the US, he decided to move things around to get us into our room faster. We didn’t ask, he just did this, and it is a good example of the service you can expect staying at the Westlands. The only complaint (and it really isn’t one) is that my American bones are used to a softer bed. We loved our stay and hope to come back someday soon. "

"Fantastic stay as usual. First room not suitable as had bath but Anna in reception changed immediately. Excellent service from Adele in reception and bar. All staff friendly and helpful and room large and comfortable. There have been some renovation going on and looking really good. Only minus was the new set up on breakfast room as not much space between hit drinks machines and rest of continental buffet so when busy was cramped but quality of food was excellent. Highly recommend hotel."
