"The owners are very kind and so thoughtful. They left home-made bread, and milk, eggs, butter, jam and cereal for us on arrival. "This was our first time in Wells and The Swan Hotel and it won’t be our last. All of the staff made us feel welcome and our room was very comfortable (especially the warm bathroom). We were only staying one night and only had the chance to sample the breakfast but the ambience and quality of food was excellent. As family live nearby we’ve been told the Sunday roast is worth another visit and as the hotel is central to everything, we will definitely be back."
