"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. "Bon pour un cours sejour .bungalow tres petit côté sejour .envahis par des chats même au restaurant. Propreté tres limite .porte d entrée a des problèmes de serrures .pas asser de vaisselles.materiel a café italienne sans le filtre.une seule chaise et un fauteuil inutile occupant ine grande place a l interrieur du bungalow.cuisiniere a induction mais les casserole et poels ne sont pas adaptées pour cette cuisinière "

"Absolutely beautiful place and surroundings. The room was tastefully arranged and the service was special. Make sure to try their in-house dinners as it is a great experience. There are some fun trials not far from the hotel that will award you with beautiful scenery and some memorable adventures. We would visit again."

"Everybody was nice and friendly was excellent. Also, they actually cater to me because I don’t eat a lot of things on the menu, but they changed things around and made me feel welcome. They cater to my knee, which was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. If going back to the same area I would definitely go back to stay at the same place. Our place was nice and clean. It made us feel very welcomed. I would not change anything. Thank you for having us and making us feel completely welcomed and at home ."

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Fantastic hotel. Located on a hilly city, it overlooks the valley where Granada is located offering a splendid view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Mine had a private balcony. The main terrasse has a pool and plenty of seating options. They offer a varied breakfast and several dining options. I will remember this stay for my entire life so much I enjoyed it."

"This property was a wonderful surprise. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. No running out of hot water when showering. The location is beautiful. It is in a valley that is known for their oranges which feature in the hotel’s restaurant. The food at the restaurant highlights local specialities. Amazing food. Finally, the staff are very helpful and nice. I would not hesitate to return."
