"When i booked my stay, i was givin an option tk have my breakfast delivered to the room for an aditional $30. I chose this option. Paid. But come the morning after check in. I called fown for our meals and was ever so rudely told "we dont do room service." i tried to explain to the receptionist i paid for it and was more than happy letting it go there.. but no. The lady started yellli g at me saying i was yelling at her, that shes gling to hangup and not answer if i call down further at all. Which she absolutely meant. I contacted igh to make a complaint but they game me the same run around. I want a refund on my the 400 i spebt for 1 night"
