Staff was efficient and friendly, room was clean and well layed out, bed was comfortable and I really liked the handy desk. it is in need of some minor updates in the public areas inside and building repairs on the outside in particular the ceiling of the roof over the checkin area. Free shuttle from airport to hotel was great! All employees that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. No “hot” breakfast during the week, because it’s only available on the weekends. But felt hotel was a great deal for the price and close to the airport was the main attraction. Bob Evans across the street and several other eateries nearby also.

I got stuck in Pittsburgh because of snowstorm and count make it to my next destination. The staff was extremely helpful, the front desk helped me arrange the transfer from and to the airport and overall I had a great sleep. I missed breakfast because I was so exhausted.
