For $8 per day valet parking was available Awesome variety of walkable restaurants Inside hotle the only disappointment was limited "grab and go" items....no sodas available for the whole 3 days we were there no vending machines...bar was lame and slow service. VALET TEAM WAS AMAZING!!!

Love the location - easy street parking, close to Shadyside & short drive to CMU. If you go a few more streets down it's not the very best of Pittsburgh, but we felt perfectly safe.

East liberty is a wonderful neighborhood, rich in history. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Yet it is still a neighborhood in transition. It’s safe, urban and hip. We love it

We enjoyed our stay here-the property was very clean and we liked the hard surface floors in the room (vs carpet) and the all natural fibers of the bed linens. I wish I could have a pillow as soft as this one-firm but soft! There was a leak in the shower door but we informed the staff and they said they would look into it for the next guest. The shower was a walk in and tile--very modern and clean!

We didn't like the fact that our toilet water was brown when we arrived. Someone seemed to forget to flush before we arrived!

Great experience! All of the staff were super nice and friendly, offered me great help. Room is very spacious and clean and stay was very comfortable. If driving, free street parking is available just outside the hotel.

Overall a good hotel. The place was dirty. Dust everywhere on the light fixtures. It was dirty. I went to go eat for breakfast and the tables wwere dirty. They need to double clean.

The property and location are very nice. The staff had done something to the door locks on several of the rooms and I wasn't able to enter my room for several hours after check-in while they fixed it. They were very courteous, but it was still a frustrating situation.

Cavernous and stark. The property is large with many bleak open spaces. There are only hard surfaces, including in the rooms, with no soft chairs or fabrics to absorb sound. We were there on a Friday night and the bar/establishment next door was blaring music which is very disruptive. The rooms are hard flooring, not even a rug or an upholstered chair. Very cold in the winter especially. The beds were comfortable enough but we were anxious to check out.

The property is safe and quiet. The room was larger than expected and very clean. I was charged $25/day for valet parking, thinking my car would be parked in their gated lot; however it was just parked on the street in front of the hotel. The car was fine as the area seemed safe but that was a lot to pay for “free parking” on the street. The people were friendly and helpful, but not very professional at hospitality. Regardless of these few dings, I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Restaurant service was terrible. Walked out on Saturday morning since no server came to our table after 20 minutes despite repeated effort to get someone to help us. Sunday morning we got there earlier which helped some. When breakfast food did finally arrive it was hot and flavorful. People were waiting 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Don’t plan to eat there if you need to be somewhere else at a specific time. Room was ok but wall heating doesn’t ever cycle off. Real irradiating. Will not stay there again.

It’s very inconvenient that they don’t have any parking spaces for their guests. Having to pay $25 for valet is excessive and having to find street parking was difficult.
