"Very family friendly, with kind staff and appreciated amenities. One thing I did notice is that all of the rooms have a small gap at bottom of door that we feel caused too much noise to come in while sleeping. It was difficult for our son to get to sleep in the sofa bed closest to door in suite."

"Staff greater us by name when in the lobby. Traveled with our dog. Acknowledged him as well.He’s a people puppy! We stayed in a suite very spacious. Bathroom for each bedroom a plus. 4 traveling in our group. Fridge was t working , replaced it w/in an hr of reporting issue. Definitely would stay here agajn"

"In town for a hockey game and stayed for 3 nights. Weather was in the 70s and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We asked to switch rooms and were able to. Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to outweigh the huge negatives."

"So we stayed for a hockey game. It took 2 hours from the time we entered parking line for valet until we were in the room. No rooms were available before 4. We missed the burg inning of the penguin game. The lines were unreal. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Lines for elevators were long. And restaurant did not have space. We have stayed here before without issue. But hundreds of people in the lobby either without rooms ready or waiting 1-2 hours to check in is simply not acceptable "
