"Nice location, very close to the main shopping street, and can easily walk to all the restaurants we booked. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They arranged the shuttle to the train station. On the glacier express train, when my daughter realized she left her jacket in the hotel and called them, they checked quickly and mailed the jacket to the next hotel we were staying. Overall a very pleasant experience with this hotel and we will definitely recommend it to our friends."

The breakfast itself was lovely, with plenty of fresh options and a terrace setting that made it extra special. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we also made great use of the free bike hire to explore the area at our own pace. The hotel’s location is good, with restaurants, shops, and the lakeside just a short stroll away, and it’s perfectly placed for visiting nearby villages around Lake Como. The hotel offers warm service, a good breakfast, family-friendly facilities, and thoughtful extras like bike hire, all in a prime spot on the lake.
