"What great hotel! It was a win, win all around! My friend and I had the best time. We had an upgrade to a pool view room which I would definitely book if I return! The staff are so kind and helpful- everyone says hello as the pass you and can’t do enough for you. They printed our boarding passes for us too and nothing was too much trouble. The room was gorgeous and spacious! It was clean and the towels fresh everyday- even if you don’t put them to be changed. The toiletries (shower gel, soap, etc.) smell divine! We were in a great location but probably didn’t utilise this enough but it is about a 35-minute walk to the main square and it is over the road from the train station. Would stay here again without hesitation! ❤️☺️☀️ The only thing I would do differently is arrange my own airport shuttle which I did on the return to the airport. We were charged 300 dirhams, but realistically, it should be approximately 150ish. "

"The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "
