Our check in was the only trouble we got, because the receptionist told us that breakfast was not included, and clearly, we booked with breakfast included. "This hotel is outstanding, I would give it 7 stars, the attention, security, staff, cleanliness, food, and decoration were a dream. I felt like a princess in a castle. The pool area and the sauna and spa are highly recommended both are so beautiful. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen in my life! Highly recommended..!!"
