"I had a great overall stay at Hotel Place d’Armes. The location is excellent and made it easy to enjoy everything in the area, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The main drawback was the room itself. It was quite loud, both from outside city noise and from activity in the hallway, which made it harder to fully relax. The blinds were also not very effective and let in a significant amount of light overnight. In addition, the room could use more practical touches such as additional hooks for towels and better space or surfaces to lay out baggage. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives. With a few improvements to the rooms, this would be an outstanding stay. "

"Property was great. Lots of amenities. Food and bar was very sub par and expensive. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and my son had a continental breakfast. My food was cold. The $9 smoothie was just a processed bottled smoothie. Parking was absolutely outrageous at +$40 a night. But if I came back, hotel wise I would stay again. I’d just leave car at home and eat elsewhere. "
