"Very friendly staff and super attentive. Unit could use more kitchen items and the bathrooms need a major overhaul. Pool needed maintenance, as well. Amazing, clean beach and staff were constantly working to keep it clean. Housekeeping did not come until dinner, but when asked for extra pillows, someone came right away. Laguna was great food and service. Pizza place was yummy, but expensive. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. "

"Authentic hotel to stay at. Beautiful. Note, there is a lot of seaweed so you can’t go in the water. Well you can a little on the left hand side. There are a lot of waves. I saw a couple go to the pier and jumped in for their daily swim. Also, the price for diner or anything you purchase at hotel from spa to food or anything else, it’s US Dollars. The other nearby hotels had Belize prices. I ordered ice cream from Roberts Grove and it was $8 US dollars. Hotel nearby charged. Belize dollars which...

"This is a delightful place. Its right on the beach and has a terrific pool with waterfall and swings! Cocktails and food are lovely and well priced. Some of the room was a bit tired looking but to be expected in a coastal resort. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Spent one night, and it was a great stay! Lovely sightseeing when walking in the Placencia Sidewalk toward the sea! The staff from the office was friendly and gladly showed us where to find Captain Jaks to prepare for the next day’s adventure. I recommend booking the Serenade Hotel as it's affordable and has excellent security. "
